Hidden Message in Newspaper

In Club Penguin, there is a new hidden message! On the page with the Top Secrets, click on the CLASSIFIED on the background of the page and a message from the PSA will come up. It thanks you for decoding Herbert's message but that it concerns them. Below it, it has Herbert's decoded message saying to look out and that he'll see us on May 18th, the day of the Veggie Villain mission. Looks like only time will tell what Herbert will be up to....

Secret agents: on page C7 of the newspaper there is a hidden message. Click on the letters, and there'll be a message from Herbert you need to decode. Remember to brush up on your country flags by studying the ones in the Gift Shop Catalog. They'll come in handy cracking the code.
